Shipping policy

Orders placed with Vavumm are processed and shipped according to the terms below. These details are intended to give customers clear expectations from checkout through delivery.

SHIPPING AREA
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

SHIPPING COST
Standard shipping within the United States is $5 for orders under $100.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

SHIPPING TIME
After an order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

The typical estimated order timeline is therefore:
• 1–2 business days for processing
• 3–5 business days for shipping

Actual arrival dates may vary when carriers experience operational delays, weather events, holiday congestion, or other disruptions.

ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking may require additional time to become active after the package enters the carrier network.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact support@vavumm.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your package appears significantly delayed, please contact support@vavumm.com with your order details.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors where appropriate, and any building reception or management area before contacting us.
